Why yes! It is a factory Lexus F-Sport rear strut brace of +1 strut-bracing (with integrated cargo cover) ! 

No reason to hide important features!

Someone should make a wristwatch based on those gauges. Or at least a smart watch gauge face. That's probably easier and cheaper.
